    since new ownership this place has gone down hill. no one is properly managing this property, never anyone in the office and no way to contact the "office manager". Havent seen pest control, plenty of bugs though, no routine maintenance.

    Would not rent with this company again. Little attention paid to property before we moved in, and only after a lot of complaining could we get them to remove the pile of TRASH left in the backyard from "renovating" the property. Then when we moved out we were charged an exorbitant fee for repainting, and accused of leaving "trash" in the cabinets, when all we left was cleaning supplies for the next tenants. Poor service.

    Very nice mobile home park! Everything is manicured and tidy! I was so impressed that I missed my turn because I couldn't stop taking in what I was seeing. By far the best mobile home area I have ever been to!

    This school is a joke. If you would like your child to not be held accountable for their actions then you are in the right place! Students are able to constantly turn pa person in late and retake tests. My son had a 33 average in Spanish most of a semester then magically pulled it up at the last second. He also had over 60 0's for late work etc. He was able to make it up and passed the year with a 3.85 GPA. Does NOT teach them skills for the real world. Why should my son be able to earn the same grades as someone who is doing it the right way? On 3 different occasions I spoke to his advisor who was NO help at all and thought everything was just fine. Sadly, I have no control over his grades, he went to live with his Dad because he was going to be grounded for performance at school.
